We wanted to head up to the river one last time before school started and our good friends the Anderson's were able to come with! We were a little worried at first because of the fires that were happening up there and we didn't know how bad the smoke would be. Lucky for us about an hour after we got to our favorite swimming hole the smoke lifted and we were able to have a great time!
The river was colder this time, so I was chicken to go in, but the kids didn't seem to mind...including Kordell! Em and I did a little reading and sun bathing too, while the kids made pools, dared each other to go underwater, and Elijah, Austin, and Kai even jumped off some rocks! We were up there for about 6 hours, had lunch and dinner and had us a fun time! Thanks for coming with, Anderson's!!
