Couldn't have come at a better time

I saw this on my friends blog and wanted to see what it was about. Viewing this story couldn't have come at a better time for me. I have been struggling getting along with my boys lately. It seems like they are either whining, arguing, talking back,or not listening....So I have gotten in this rut and that is what I expect. Sometimes I find myself not wanting to be around them. I pretty much gave up on trying to get along with them.
I have forgotten to see the good, the sweet, the funny, the loving, the silliness, and the love they have for their Savior. Last night I decided I would try and do better. I have prayed for patience before, LOL they just got worse! This time I prayed for the desire to want to do better and lo and behold I ran across this story today! Please take time to see this. It takes about 30 minutes, so do it when you have the time to see ALL of it. This video will change the out look you have in life no matter what stage you are in. It has made me realize AGAIN how precious life is and that I need to enjoy the moments no matter how difficult they might be. Heavenly Father has blessed me with these children and I need to do all I can to show them I LOVE them, in action and in word. Every second of every day! I couldn't imagine my life without them, they have the sweetest spirits and I am honored that Heavenly Father has trusted me and Robert with their care. Now I just need to get my act together...so here I go!

Memories

I saw this on another friends blog and thought this sounded like fun.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together, or one of the first memories you have of me. It doesn't matter if you knew me a lot or a little, anything you remember.

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses, If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

I'm a little scared of the responses I might get but it should be fun!

Addy is {8} Months

Can you believe Adeline is 8 months already?! Actually she turned 8 months last week...but who's counting. Things she is doing:
*I am guessing she is 21 pounds and 26.5 inches. She was 20 pounds and 26 inches over 1 month ago.

*Crawling...actually it is a push with one leg and slide the other one. We call it the push-scoot.
*Waves Bye-Bye.
*She will pull herself into a standing position...as shown in the picture, and sometimes go from our coffee table to the couch.
*Still 2 naps a day.
*2 or 3 bottles a day. Loves the sippy cup!
*Does HUGE razz berries (sp?) with her tongue.
*Makes a sound than moves her fist across her mouth so she sounds like an Indian. (that's the best way I could describe it)
*Will walk if you hold her hands.(most of the time)
*LOVES to cuddle.
*She will get into a crawling position and then push up onto her feet and just stay like that.
*She laughs at herself.
*Still loves her bear.
*Addy is getting another bottom tooth.
*LOVES the bath and doesn't make a peep when you wash her hair.
*Will eat textured food over her cereal so I just put them together!
*SHE WILL IT OUR LEFT OVERS!!!! No one else will...
*6-12 month clothes are starting to get on the smaller side...
*She is starting to take her headbands out...
*Her hair is getting a little wave...you know that famous mhawk curl our parents did to us in th 80's?! I do that to her!

Canon Beach

7*12*08
Robert had the day off and it was BEAUTIFUL so we took off to the beach! The boys hadn't been for over a year and Addy has never been so I was anxious to see how they were going to take it. The boys practically swam out to sea...I didn't bring them extra clothes because in the past they wouldn't go in the water. OOPS!! Good thing it was warm so they dried out pretty quickly. Addy LOVED the sand. The first little bit she just sat there and dug her hands in the sand...towards the end she tried to eat it! It was a great trip and I am so glad we live so close to the Ocean!! Enjoy all the pics!

This is our Young Women Camp Director and the Priesthood singing to her. (We've got that girls camp feelin, whooo that girls camp feelin.)Top Gun Song. The Stake President is the one on the right. VIPER was his name at camp.

This is my ward again paying TRIBUTE to my nose picking trade mark...wasn't that nice of them!

BISHOP'S NIGHT! They have an challenge for the Bishop's and our Bishop has dominated 2 years in a row now!!! It was AWESOME!

Fun at Ward Time! Playin Chicken with the girls.

Bubble Gum chewing contest...me and the Bishop were tied and ran out of gum(14 pieces later) I WOULD HAVE STOMPED ALL OVER HIM...oh well there is always next year!

My Darling Children

So I took my kids outside to take their pictures because I need some of them all together and some singles for my walls. This is what I got! Can I tell you...photographing your own children(for me)was NOT going so well. I think I might of had ONE picture where they were all looking at me at the same time! Phew...I will have to try again when Robert is home to help I guess.

***Anniversary***

Yes that is right, we have been married for 7 years now. It was time to get away from it all for a night. Robert found this little log cabin away from everything and along the river. It was perfect!! The best part was the HOT TUB but I didn't get a picture of it >(... We had a nice relaxing time and enjoyed each others company. Thank you Honey for a great Anniversary. I loved it!

This is the cabin we stayed in.

We went to the fish hatchery to kill some time before checking in and we saw these little fish trying to jump up the water spout! LOL it was Hilarious.

This was the first waterfall we went to see. It was called Deception Falls. The water was going so fast that if you were to fall in, it would hit you with a force of 7 tons.

This picture was taken before we did our 5 mile(total)hike up to Wallace Falls. That's why I am smiling!! This trail was great and challenging. Thanks babe for keeping me going!
Lower Falls.

Middle Falls.

Upper Falls.

Phew we made it! That was Awesome and I am going to be SORE!!
