No more Training Wheels!!

I kept telling Ian that we need to take his training wheels off, I just kept forgetting! We were at G&G Hallenberger's house and they had a bike his size without them. He said he wanted to try and did it the first time! So that night when we got home we took his off and he has been goin' without ever since! GOOD JOB IAN!!!!

Summer is over.....

but the FUN isn't!

The girls and I had a great time playing with the kitchen and dancing around....something the boys are starting to grow out of....

I saw this idea at a ladies house and thought I would try it out. It seemed a lot more simple and since the boys can read it made it easier to make too! I used little stickers for Adeline's.

First Day Of School

First day of school is always a good day! The boys are going to a new school this year Chief Joseph. They also get to ride the bus this year and we both couldn't be happier!


Ian is in Mrs. Nishikawa's class in the afternoon and can't wait to meet new friends and play on the play ground. He is sporting his new back pack and shoes he got with his school money from G&G Thomas.

Elijah is a BIG second grader this year and is excited for school to start. He is in Mrs. Faubels class and can't wait to ride the bus with his friend that lives down the street. He is sporting his new shoes he got with his school money from G&G Thomas.

The boys don't let me dress them anymore....I am trying to get over it! Even Adeline has an opinion now! Well at least I have Gweny!!

Boise County Fair

So Heidi talked me into another fair....in the HEAT!!! But we had a good time!

We went mainly because we heard of this new Dinosaur attraction....wasn't exactly what we were picturing, but the kids liked it.....or should I say scared of it!

I told them to walk over to the Dino...they were a little hesitant...Adeline wouldn't get out of the stroller.

Adeline loves running around without clothes on.

Adeline: "Mom, can I take my shirt off?"

Mom: "No, princess's don't run around with their shirts off."

Adeline: "Mom, I won't run around, I will just walk."

Getting Caught up!

Gwendolyn and I flew to Washington for a weekend because I had some photo shoots! This was her first time flying so I didn't know what to expect. She fell asleep right as the plane was taking off and snoozed most of the ride. Then she just played and had a good time. We had another mom with and 8 month old boy sit by us so we wouldn't annoy anyone!

Robert is going on a week long 60 mile back packing trip with Aaron and the scouts from his ward next week. I wanted to see if Gweny could fit and go with them! She was excited about the idea!
This was taken back on August 2nd when Gweny just started pulling herself up onto her knees. Now she is pulling herself up onto her feet....
Robert is really ticklish but HE HATES being tickeled. Well for some reason today he found it funny and Ian had to get in on the action!

Good Times

We had our good friends the Adersons come over for a BBQ back on the 1st of August! We had a great time.....thanks for comin' guys! Who would've thought after meeting 5 years ago up in Portland that we would end up just down the street from them here in Idaho!

Gwendolyn is 8 months old!

Can't believe it, 8 months old! She is such a character,we just love her to pieces!! Playin' in the sink is one of her new favorite things to do. I think she gets herself dirty while eating on purpose because she knows this is where she will end up! Bibs?! What are those?!?!

*Turns her head to you when you call her name
