Trip to Utah

We went to Utah this past week for a family reunion on my moms side of the family! It was just like old times! We started out with the Pioneer Day paraide, something we have done every year since my mom was a little girl. The Theme was "It takes all kinds to make the West". Addy was a saloon dancer, Ian was a cowboy, and Elijah was a hunter. It was crazy to see my kids on the float this time and not me....

Then after the parade they have a talent show, food, auctions and games. I put Adeline in the baby contest and she won curliest hair! By the time that contest was over Addy was DONE, so this is the only pic I managed to get!

Ian rode his first sheep! Nice job buddy! When we were little my grandpa was the one that had his sheep there to ride....ahhh good times!

My cousin Clayne rescued this owl from the river....

The kids had a BLAST on the horses too!

This was all in the first 2 days we were there so there is more to come!

That looks like so much fun! The parade/float costumes are so cute. I can't believe how old Adeline looks in those pictures. Looks like a fun trip.
