I like the Bottom one, its softer/warmer and it doesn't show as much of the background. Plus you can't see as much of the writing on the shoes. (i know some of that has nothing to do with your camera!)So is teh top one with a flash and the bottom one without?

I like the bottom one better too. Can't really explain why... just softer and warmer like mentioned before. It's easier on the eyes.
The bottom one is best. It has much better lighting and doesn't look like a snap shot.
